I present here some questions that. could be used for Qualitative interviews with CCI staff that have student contact in course delivery.
In order to ascertain the current use and future possible changes to the way the blog is used I have split questions into groups to investigate at a good level what our interview participants currently think of the wiki. These questions have been specifically designed with the purpose of me being able to reflect on them to enhance the use and implementation of the wiki from a number of different perspectives, and as in any semi-structured interview are of course subject to change and open discussion as appropriate.
The last 2 sections are really about homing in on UAL’s social justice aims and looking at if an action research project like this might bring about some institutional changes to the way the wiki is built and managed.

I was advised by the course leader that to avoid fatigue during these interviews, it would be wise to go slow the interview process with breaks as not to overwhelm, and to perhaps split the interview and devise a second interview from the 1st interview responses. I think this would have been a good plan if I had more time and would implement this in any future studies. This way I might glean more thoughtful and considered answers to the questions. As it was, my participants were happy to spend time thinking through the questions with me and had a lot to offer.
